About

Bayleys Property Management Dunedin

Bayleys Property Management Dunedin has a well-defined focus: only rental properties and only in Dunedin, Mosgiel and surrounds. The result is a superior service for both our property owners and our tenants.

Our Property Managers

Our Property Managers are good people, who genuinely care about their tenants, properties and owners. Otago is small place, where reputations are earned. You do a good job and people appreciate it.

Both owners and tenants, alike, also appreciate dealing with a single Property Manager, so that’s how we work.

Anna Wilson
Property Manager since 2001

For Anna, property management is the perfect blend of her two favourite things, people and homes! As a property owner, she understands both the importance of protecting this valuable asset, and also, the need for tenants to have a good place to treat as a home.

Having worked in many industries, from hospitality, sales and online business, Anna likes to work with good people and efficient processes to get the job done.

Janette Sharp
Property Manager since 2013

Janette spent her working life in hands-on roles – including at Tamahine Knitwear and Cadburys – before joining Sealord for 20 years as a supervisor, a role which included recruitment. As a result, she can work with anyone from any walk of life, which is a valuable skill as a Property Manager.

Janette believes providing quality service to her tenants is a critical aspect of the role, because of the goodwill it generates and the benefits to tenants, landlords and the Property Manager.

Jordan Proctor

Tom Sharp
Business Development Manager

It’s been more than 30 years since Tom began his property management career, as a self-employed manager. For a period, he worked in the fishing industry, where he implemented health and safety processes and procedures. He returned to property management in 2013, when he joined Metro Property Management.

Tom thrives on the variety of the job and the commercial necessity to deliver quality service to property owners. He has been both a landlord and a tenant over his lifetime, so appreciates the balancing act required of a property manager.

Within the company, Tom is the “go to” person for dealing with the intricacies of property and tenancy legislation.
